Who We Are

Qwiqr Education Limited (company number 13942387) provides Learning Journey and acts as a data processor for schools. Your school remains the data controller.

Personal Data We Collect

Schools may enter teacher, staff, student, parent or carer, curriculum, timetable, enrolment, target, assessment, report, and comment data.

How We Use Personal Data

We process data to provide the service, generate progress reports, enable authorised access, and support school analysis. We do not use it for marketing or advertising.

Sharing, Storage and Retention

Data is stored securely on UK servers managed by approved subcontractors and shared only with authorised school users and enabled parents or carers. It is retained while the school licenses the service, then securely deleted or returned in line with our Data Processing Agreement.

Security and Your Rights

We use encryption, access controls, and security reviews. You may request access, correction, deletion, object to processing, or data portability. Contact your school first; we will assist it.
